A personal umbrella insurance policy provides additional coverage “on top” of the home, auto and other liability insurance policies you already have (excess liability). It’s especially well-suited for people with significant assets to protect; however, you don’t have to be a millionaire to be sued like one.  We recommend that all clients carry at least a $1,000,000 umbrella.
